Hello Belleview Families!

The PTCO is delighted to invite you to Save the Date for our Spring Fundraiser -- the Belleview Bash! It will take place on Saturday, April 27th from 6-10pm at the Lake House at Pelican Bay in Cherry Creek State Park. The Belleview Bash is an adults-only social with a silent auction to raise money for Belleview, and it will be a wonderful opportunity to mingle with other parents, teachers, and staff members.

We ask that you contribute to the success of this event not just by attending, but by contributing to our silent auction in any of the following ways:

1. Host a Belleview Social! We are looking for parents who are willing to host community events of their own! Tickets to your event will be sold as part of our silent auction and the ticket proceeds will benefit the PTCO. We hope to offer a variety of events for kids, families, and adults so there is something for everyone. Get creative! Do you have a talent, hobby, or cultural activity you can share? Host on your own or gather a group of friends to do it together. Please sign up here.

2. We’re actively seeking silent auction donations! We sincerely appreciate donations of tickets, lodging, vacations, golf outings, gift certificates, etc. for our silent auction. Each of our generous auction supporters will be recognized on the mobile bidding platform. Do you have an item you would like to donate? Please contact belleviewptcopres@gmail.com. 

3. Are you interested in being a Belleview Bash sponsor? We have multiple sponsor levels available, and they are a great way to support the school and get visibility for your business. Please email belleviewptcopres@gmail.com if you are interested.

4. Bottles of wine or liquor: We are hoping to have a wine toss or wine pull activity, so please contact Cheryl Smith at foster2468@gmail.com if you have bottles of wine or liquor you would like to donate.
