Message from Our Co-Presidents  

Spring is almost upon us, the weather is getting warmer, and youthful energy is in the air!  Thank you for your continued support of the Belleview Community.

First a general Thank you! To everyone who has contributed items for the Belleview Bash Auction. Generosity from our community is amazing. However, we sincerely need your help to obtain a couple marquee Auction Items like Sporting Event Tickets to make the Belleview Bash a success. A successful auction at the Bash will ensure we are able to meet the needs of our kid’s classrooms and provide funding for all of the Teacher’s Assistants at Belleview. These are critical funding needs of Belleview Elementary School. If you can help, please contact lesley1613@gmail.com.

Also, Fifth Grade Parents - The 5th Grade Continuation Committee is organizing the 5th Grade Continuation Ceremony and Pool Party. These are two annual traditions that will be held on Thursday, May 21^st. Suggested donations of $15 per student are needed to fund this event https://belleviewptco.membershiptoolkit.com/form/m/356450 for members or https://belleviewptco.membershiptoolkit.com/form/m/356452 for non-PTCO members to donate.

Our next PTCO Meeting is Wednesday March 11^th, 7PM to 8PM in the library. If there are only two PTCO Meetings that you attend, these are it! We will be presenting the 2026/2027 School Year PTCO Executive Board on March 11^th and then there will be a General Vote to elect the PTCO Executive Board at the April 15^th meeting. A general vote allows all Belleview Community members to vote on the nominees for the executive board positions.

Our school community thrives because of involved parents and caregivers — and we need you! We’re currently recruiting for several PTCO positions for the 26-27 year. Whether you have a little time or a lot, stepping into a role is a meaningful way to support our students, connect with other families, and have a voice in the activities and programs that make our school special. You don’t need prior experience — just a willingness to help and be part of something positive. We’d love to have you join us!

The following positions are open:
Co Presidents Elect: Understudy in 2026-27 and then Presidents in 2027-28
5th Grade Co-Continuation Chair: Help co-chair with Maile Turner. This role helps with 5th grade events and continutation.
Fallapalooza Committee Member: Help our Fallapalooza chairs plan/implement Fallapalooza
Spirit Night Chair: Coordinate spirit nights at Cherry Creek for sports events like the fall football game
Welcome Committee: Help Kirsten with back to school events, and give tours to new students and families to the school
Every Dollar Counts Campaign Chairs: Crucial Fall fundraiser that pays our TA salaries
Spring Fundraiser Chair& Committee: The Belleview Bash is our spring fundraiser, join the committee to learn the ropes and head up next year!
Raise Right Coordinator: Help coordinate our Raise Right giving events.
Staff Appreciation Chair & Committee: Help organize and run monthly lunches and events for our teachers.
Volunteer Coordinator: Help get volunteers for things like hearing and vision screening, picture day, and grade level events.

We’re looking for experiences and exciting auction items that will make this event unforgettable for our community.

You can help by:
 Donating sports, theater, or concert tickets
 Sharing a skill or experience—bread making, archery, sushi rolling, painting, singing, or anything you love to teach
 Contributing an auction item such as artwork, signed sports memorabilia, gift cards, or themed gift baskets

Your creativity and generosity make a lasting impact for Belleview Elementary.
